  • 1 1 lb salmon or 1 lb any other cooked white fish fillet
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 1 lemon, rind of, finely grated
  • 1 -2 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
