  • 16 slices sandwich bread
  • 8 slices boiled ham
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place 8 slices bread in pan; top with ham and cheese.

    Butter remaining bread and place on top of cheese.

    Beat eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add chopped onion and milk.

    Pour over the bread.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Before baking, drizzle melted butter over top and sprinkle with the chips.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
