  • 1 cabbage, cut medium fine
  • 1 onion, cut fine
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 tsp. beef bouillon (loose)
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Put oil in pan and brown onion.

    Add cabbage.

    Cover and cook on low flame.

    Stir in garlic.

    Add 2 teaspoons water, if getting too brown.

    Cook about 30 minutes.
