- 1 lb ground turkey
- 12 cup chopped water chestnut
- 14 cup chopped green onion
- 12 cup chopped bamboo shoot
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- wonton wrapper
- lettuce leaf
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Combine turkey and vegetables in bowl; mix well.

2Add cornstarch, seasonings and 1 Tbsp soy sauce; mix well.

3Spoon a small amount onto each wonton wrapper; moisten edges with water.

4Pleat or crimp with pot sticker maker to seal.

5Place in single layer in lettuce-lined steamer.

6Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until cooked through.

7Repeat with remaining dumplings.

8Serve with mixture of remaining 1/2 cup soy sauce, vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce for dipping.
