  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 12 cup chopped water chestnut
  • 14 cup chopped green onion
  • 12 cup chopped bamboo shoot
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • wonton wrapper
  • lettuce leaf
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Combine turkey and vegetables in bowl; mix well.

    Add cornstarch, seasonings and 1 Tbsp soy sauce; mix well.

    Spoon a small amount onto each wonton wrapper; moisten edges with water.

    Pleat or crimp with pot sticker maker to seal.

    Place in single layer in lettuce-lined steamer.

    Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until cooked through.

    Repeat with remaining dumplings.

    Serve with mixture of remaining 1/2 cup soy sauce, vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce for dipping.
