  • 2 lb. fish (opakapaka, mullet, akule)
  • Chinese cabbage
  • grated ginger
  • chopped green onion
  • 2 to 3 slices bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Slice cabbage into bite size pieces;

    in microwave-safe dish.

    Salt fish; place on top of cabbage.

    Top with grated ginger and green onion (to taste).

    Place bacon (sliced into strips) on top and in stomach cavity. Microwave

    on High for approximately 15 minutes. Heat oil until smoky; carefully pour oil on top of cooked fish, being
