  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped chung choy (salted cabbage)
  • Chinese parsley
  • 1 lemon

    Scale and clean the fish.

    Sprinkle salt over the fish and let stand for 10 minutes.

    Place fish in shallow pan.

    Combine sugar, oil and shoyu.
