- rack or metal colander to fit inside
- tight fitting lid
- weight to hold down lid(brick works well)
- 4 whole live lobster
- 1 cube butter, melted
Directions

1Place rack in pot.

2Add water to 2 inches.

3Bring to boil.

4Add lobster.

5Cover.

6Weight down cover to keep steam in.

7Set timer for 12 minutes or check for doneness by pulling off one of the little legs.

8Suck out the meat.

9If it is done, the lobster is done.

10Serve with melted butter.
