- 1 lb. medium size mushrooms, washed and cut in half
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 stick margarine, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/8 c. chopped parsley (or use as much as you want)
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place mushrooms in center of a 24 x 18-inch heavy-duty foil.

3Sprinkle with seasonings.

4Dot with butter.

5Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of water over all.

6Bring long sides of foil together.

7Fold edge over three times to seal securely, leaving enough room for steam expansion.

8Fold ends over to seal.

9Place foil wrapped mushrooms in a shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes.
