  • 1 bushel oysters
  • 1 bottle (squeeze) margarine
  • 1 bottle hot sauce
  • 1 can Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Prepare oysters as if you were going to serve them on the half shell.

    Place oysters on baking sheet.

    Put salt and pepper to taste on each.

    Place a drop of margarine and a drop of hot sauce on each.

    Sprinkle Parmesan on top of each.

    Place in preheated 400° oven for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Serve hot.
