- 1 12 lbs of catty prawns (medium to big size)
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 8 spring onions (6 shredded, 2 cut into shape of flower)
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon wine
- pepper
- sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions

1- Clean prawns, slice horizontally.

2- Heat up oil, deep fry smashed garlic, add diced red pepper and seasonings.

3Stir well.

4- Spread shredded spring onion on plate and place prawns on top.

5Pour deep-fried smashed garlic and the seasoning on the prawns.

6Steam over high heat for 4 minutes.

7- Heat sauce ingredients and pour on prawns.

8Garnish with flower-shaped spring onions.
