- 1/2 lb. bacon or fat back
- 2 medium onions
- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 to 3 large potatoes, diced
- 1 lb. fish
- 2 to 3 c. milk
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp in soup pot.

2Drain pork on paper towel. Fry onions in bacon grease.

3Return bacon to pot; add water and potatoes.

4Cook until potatoes are done.

5Add milk and fish.

6Cook until fish is tender.

7Do not boil.
