- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 12 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place carrots and potatoes in a steamer; cover and cook for 6 minutes.

2Add sprouts.

3Cover and cook for 5 to 7 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

4Combine margarine, lemon juice and pepper; toss with steamed vegetables.
