- 4 c. sliced yellow squash
- 8 tsp. butter or margarine
- 5 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- chopped chives
Directions

1Place the first 3 ingredients in steaming rack.

2Place rack over boiling water; cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3Transfer vegetables to serving dish; add butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss gently.

4Sprinkle with chives.
