- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 medium squash, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper.

2Set aside.

3Add squash, zucchini and water.

4Cover and steam with onion mixture for about 5 minutes.

5Stir tomatoes into pan and heat thoroughly.

6Sprinkle 1 tablespoon lemon pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over vegetables.
