- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped into medium-sized pieces
