- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green onion or chopped green pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Empty beef stew into shallow baking dish.
