- 4 ears corn
- 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1With sharp knife, cut off corn from cob.

2Put in frying pan with grease and sugar.

3Allow it to stew until the liquid stews out and the corn begins to fry.

4As it starts to brown, stir so it won't stick to the pan.

5Do not overcook.

6It must be moist. Remove to serving dish and place slices of side pork on top.

7Serve hot.
