  • 1 1/2 lb. pork, in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 lb. veal, in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. barley
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place meat, onions and barley in kettle.

    Cover with water and simmer until tender.

    When meat is almost done, add the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
