- 3 lb. stew meat (you can use boneless chuck roast, cut up)
- 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 box frozen green beans
- 6 carrots, cut up
- 3 medium onions, chopped up
- 3 medium potatoes, cut up
- 1 c. celery, chopped up
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- pinch of thyme, marjoram and rosemary
- 2 oz. red wine
Directions

1Put all this in the roaster pan at the same time.

2Cook for 5 hours at 225°.

3Don't open oven until 5 hours are up.

4If everything is not done, put it back in oven for 1 hour at 325° or at 350° until done.
