Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew meat (you can use boneless chuck roast, cut up)
  • 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1 box frozen peas
  • 1 box frozen green beans
  • 6 carrots, cut up
  • 3 medium onions, chopped up
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut up
  • 1 c. celery, chopped up
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • pinch of thyme, marjoram and rosemary
  • 2 oz. red wine

Directions

    Put all this in the roaster pan at the same time.

    Cook for 5 hours at 225°.

    Don't open oven until 5 hours are up.

    If everything is not done, put it back in oven for 1 hour at 325° or at 350° until done.
