Ingredients
- 3 squirrels (or more)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 c. cooked rice
- dash of hot sauce
Directions

1Cover squirrel with water and cook until tender.

2Remove from water and cool; reserve broth.

3Remove meat from bones and put back into broth.

4Bring to a boil and add all other ingredients except rice.

5Cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add cooked rice.

6Serve hot.

7Makes 6 servings.
