- 2 medium sized catfish
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean catfish very well.

2Take slime off by rubbing salt onto fish; rinse well.

3Cut into serving pieces.

4Simmer tomatoes, onion, vinegar, water, salt and pepper until saucy consistency. Add catfish and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Serve hot.
