  • 1 medium onion, halved
  • 2 carrots, cut in pieces
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes

  • 1 bay leaf

    Wash chicken; place in pot.

    Add boiling water to half, cover the chicken.
