  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 c. Chinese stewing sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • sesame oil
  • green onions, chopped

Directions

    Shell the eggs and place in saucepan with stewing sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Cover. Then turn heat to low and simmer for 1/2 hour or until cooked and sauce has flavored the eggs thoroughly. Remove and cool slightly. Serve with sesame oil and chopped green onions.
