- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop squash; combine with onion and oil in a skillet.

2Add 2 tablespoons water, salt and pepper.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring often.

4Turn to low heat after mixture is slightly tender.

5Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
