  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • coconut (as desired)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix cake mix, nuts, 1 egg and margarine.
  2. 2
    Mix well and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Then mix cream cheese, coconut, vanilla, 2 eggs and powdered sugar together and spoon over the first layer. Bake at 350° for at least 35 minutes (depending on your oven; cook until golden).
