Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 small pkg. chopped pecans
- 2 small pkg. regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Heavily butter 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan. Tear one loaf of thawed bread into small pieces and place over bottom of pan on pecans.

3Combine pudding, brown sugar, butter, milk and cinnamon in saucepan.

4Bring to a boil and pour over bread pieces.

5Bread up second loaf of thawed bread into pieces and arrange on sauce over first layer.

6Cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Bake about 30 minutes in 350° oven.

8Flip pan to serve with the pecans on top.

9Yields 12 servings.
