- 2 loaves frozen bread, thawed in refrigerator overnight
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
Directions

1Butter 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Break 1 loaf bread into pieces, covering the bottom of the pan.

3Add raisins and/or nuts, if desired.

4Melt margarine.

5Add sugar, pudding, milk and cinnamon. Mix until dissolved.

6Pour over broken pieces of bread.

7Break 2nd loaf over first.

8Let raise about 3 hours or until above pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Take from pan immediately and turn upside down.
