- 1 lb pork fillet
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 1 orange, juice and finely grated zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
Directions

1Tip all the marinade ingredients into a shallow dish and stir to combine.

2Coat the pork in the marinade and if you have time, leave for one hour or preferably overnight.

3Heat the oven to 400F.

4Heat an ovenproof pan and take the pork out of the marinade.

5Brown the pork on all sides then baste over the rest of the marinade and roast the pork for 20 mins until cooked all the way through, basting with the juices every so often.

6Serve the pork sliced with rice and steamed greens.
