Sticky Raisin Buns

  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen concentrated orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. granulated brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions

    In baking pan, melt margarine.

    Add juice, sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine.

    Sprinkle raisins evenly over juice mixture. Separate biscuits and arrange in an 8 or 9-inch round baking pan over raisins.

    Bake until biscuits are browned, 20 to 25 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Remove pan from oven and top with 10-inch heatproof plate; invert biscuits onto plate and serve hot.
