  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. wine (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
