Stir Fried Asparagus

  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch slices (about 4 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

    3. Add asparagus and toss to coat. Cover and cook 2-12 minutes or until desired tenderness. Stir in soy sauce. Serve immediately.
