Stir fried bee hoon

Ingredients

  • 3 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200 grams bee hoon (rice vermicelli), soaked and drained
  • 1 piece chinese sausage, chopped
  • 3 eggs, crack into a bowl but not beaten
  • 2 tsp cai pu (pickled chopped white radish)
  • 3 tbsp sweet sauce
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat, stir fry garlic, sausage and cai pu for half minute.

    Add in bee hoon, then sweet sauce, chilli sauce and egg.

    Stir fry evenly.

    Ready to serve.
