- 3 clove garlic, chopped
- 200 grams bee hoon (rice vermicelli), soaked and drained
- 1 piece chinese sausage, chopped
- 3 eggs, crack into a bowl but not beaten
- 2 tsp cai pu (pickled chopped white radish)
- 3 tbsp sweet sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Directions

1Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat, stir fry garlic, sausage and cai pu for half minute.

2Add in bee hoon, then sweet sauce, chilli sauce and egg.

3Stir fry evenly.

4Ready to serve.
