- 1/2 pound lean beef
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1 TBs soy sauce
- 1 TBS sherry
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 pound vegetables of choice
- 1 or 2 slices fresh ginger root
- 3 TBS oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup stock
Directions

1slice beef

2combine cornstarch, soysauce, sherry, and sugar. add to beef.

3slice vegetables and mince ginger

4heat1 1/2 TBS oil, stir fry beef until meat loses redness (2 min)

5Heat remaining oil and add salt and ginger. stir fry ginger, add vegetables. add stock and cook covered until vegetables are nearly done.

6return beef to heat and blend

7serve.
