- 1 bunch broccoli
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut broccoli into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces.

2Wash and drain.

3In Dutch oven or large skillet over high heat in very hot salad oil, cook broccoli, stirring quickly and frequently (stir-frying) until well coated.

4Add 1/4 cup water, salt and sugar.

5Reduce heat to medium-high; cover and cook 2 minutes.

6Uncover and stir-fry 5 to 6 minutes more until tender-crisp.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
