- 1 small cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions

1Cut cabbage into eight wedges, then cut each into triangular pieces.

2Combine soy sauce, sugar& 2 T water to form a sauce.

3Combine cornstarch& other 2 T water.

4Heat oil in wok over high heat.

5Add cabbage, stir-fry for 2 mins.

6Stir in the sauce, continue to stir-fry for another 2 mins.

7or until only half the liquid remains.

8Slowly add the cornstarch mixture, and cook until it thickens.
