- 2 slices bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced in thin rings
- 1/4 large cabbage, thinly shredded
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a skillet or wok, fry bacon until crisp and remove.

2To the bacon drippings, add onion, cabbage, cayenne, ginger and soy.

3Cook over medium heat until the cabbage and onions are very soft and wilted.

4Add the crumbled bacon and stir.
