- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 2 c. shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
- dash of black pepper to taste
Directions

1In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over high heat until bubbly and hot.

2Add celery, stirring quickly and frequently for 1 minute.

3Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion; continue to stir.

4Fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add soy sauce and pepper.

6Stir well and cook for 1 minute longer.
