- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. cabbage
Directions

1Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and cayenne; mix well. Heat the oil over medium heat.

2Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until cabbage is well coated with the oil.

3Remove from the heat and stir the liquid mixture into the cabbage.

4Serve hot or cold.
