- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless chicken
- 4 c. vegetables (broccoli, green onion, celery and carrot)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. Swanson chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In skillet or wok on high heat in 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry boneless chicken cut in strips.

2Remove and set aside.

3Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet.

4Stir-fry 4 cups vegetables and 1 clove minced garlic until tender-crisp.

5In cup, combine 1 cup chicken broth, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce.

6Add to skillet with reserved chicken.

7Cook until mixture thickens, stirring often. Serve over rice.
