- 3/4 lb. medium shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- a little sesame oil
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Directions

1Combine wine, salt, sesame oil and pepper.

2Devein shrimp; rinse and drain.

3Heat oil; stir-fry pepper and garlic until fragrant.

4Add shrimp and stir-fry briefly, then add wine mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat until shrimp change color (about 2 to 3 minutes).

5Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
