- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Rinse spinach well and remove tough stems.

2Coarsely chop. Melt butter in a saute pan and saute garlic lightly without browning.

3Add spinach; toss and cover, cooking just a few minutes, until spinach is wilted.

4Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss again before serving.
