Stir-Fried Spinach

  • 1/4 c. peanut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil (optional)

    Wash spinach; discard stems and bruised area of leaves. Drain. Add oil to wok, pouring it around sides.
