- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (optional)

1Wash spinach; discard stems and bruised area of leaves. Drain. Add oil to wok, pouring it around sides.
