  • 1 lb spinach, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 None red chili pepper, thinly sliced

Directions

    Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil on high heat. Add spinach and cook 1 min, until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add spinach and stir-fry 1 min. Add oyster and fish sauces and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chili pepper and serve.
