Ingredients
- 1 lb. any meat
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 c. vegetables (broccoli, pepper strips, sliced water chestnuts or anything as such)
- 1 1/2 c. any broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 c. rice
Directions

1Stir-fry meat in hot oil in large skillet until browned.

2Add broccoli mixture; stir-fry until crisp-tender.

3Mix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder and ginger; add to skillet.

4Bring to boil; boil 1 minute.

5Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.

6Serve stir-fry over rice.
