- 2 to 3 lb. chuck roast, cut into strips 1-inch long
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 large bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (mixed)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- soy sauce
- stir-fry seasoning packet (optional)
- Chinese vegetables (optional)
Directions

1Brown beef in 2 tablespoons oil with celery and onion.

2Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

3Add frozen vegetables and more soy sauce to taste.

4Cook until vegetables are tender, but not mushy.

5If desired, add Chinese vegetables, water chestnuts and seasoning packet.

6Serve over rice.
