- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. rice
- chicken breast (without skin or bone, or use your choice of meat)
Directions

1Cook rice as directed (preferably Minute rice).

2Set aside. Chop up onion and green pepper.

3In skillet, put chicken, onion and green pepper.

4Cook until chicken is well done.

5Chop up chicken in bite size pieces.

6Mix butter, rice and chicken.
-
7Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

8Let stand 5 minutes, then eat.
