Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless meat, cut up finely (your choice, beef roast, pork roast or chops, turkey breast, chicken breast)
  • 1 (50 oz.) can Campbell's cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup (can purchase at Gordon Foods)
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • approximately 6 to 8 c. finely chopped vegetables (your choice; I have used onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, red and green peppers, pea pods, peas, green beans and celery)
  • mashed potatoes, rice or noodles

Directions

    Using electric frypan, put sliced meat in pan with approximately 1/2 cup of water and cook at 350° for approximately 20 minutes.

    As meat is cooking, prepare vegetables and add to meat; cook for approximately 30 minutes or until tender.

    Add can of soup with approximately 1 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add pepper.

    Serve.
