- 2 lb. sirloin
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- dash of vinegar
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips about 1-inch long.

2Cut onion into wedges and pepper into thin strips.

3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat about 5 minutes.

4Remove from wok.

5Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over medium-high heat.

6Add onion and pepper and stir-fry until vegetables are tender and crisp, about 2 minutes.

7Add meat and rice to vegetables.

8Combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil.

9Simmer 15 minutes.

10Pour over rice, meat and vegetables.

11Serve warm.
