  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 c. julienned sweet red pepper
  • 1 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1/4 c. sliced dried apricots
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
