- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup mole sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 2 cups frozen corn, cooked
Directions

1Cook onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 3 min.

2or until onions are crisp-tender.

3Stir in mole sauce and water.

4Bring to boil, stirring frequently.

5Add stuffing mix and corn; mix well.

6Cover.
