  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup mole sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
  • 2 cups frozen corn, cooked

Directions

    Cook onions and garlic in butter on medium heat 3 min.

    or until onions are crisp-tender.

    Stir in mole sauce and water.

    Bring to boil, stirring frequently.

    Add stuffing mix and corn; mix well.

    Cover.

    Remove from heat.

    Fluff with fork.
